Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this B and B Polar White RV heat vent with rotating grill. Now, this rotating RV vent with dampener is going to fit your four-inch ducting. The vent base is going to mount into the floor, the wall, or ceiling with the included screws that you see here on my table before me. And let me retrieve my ruler here and just give you some dimensions that are gonna prove important for you. So looking at the the measurement of that cutout, as you can see, we are sitting pretty close to 4 1/8 inches on that cutout dimension.
And then in case you were wondering, the overall width, we're sitting pretty close to overall about 5.5 inches or diameter or width, however you'd like to call that. So hopefully that gives you a good idea of the size. So this louvered grill is going to snap into this base, which is already snapped in, and that's going to cover the screw holes on the front. You see that the screw holes here on the back and then this rotates 360 degrees to direct the air. And then that dampener that you hopefully can see in there is going to allow you to control the air volume.
So we got it pretty much completely closed there. And then you can just begin to make that a little more open or then close that off. So you've got quite a bit of adjustability and flexibility there. This is made here in the USA of durable plastic construction that's actually rated for heating, but this can also be used as a cooling vent. And in case you we inchesre wondering, I do see here on this vent that it says that it complies with UL 94V.
You probably can't see that there, but it is stamped there. I do like the fact that the screws in this case are covered in white paint there on the head. So that's going to match right in with this. So you are gonna receive everything that you see here on my table before me. And I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today.
